WRAPPING UP 'THE POWER OF EMOTION'
A New Paradigm Approach
Throughout this video course, you've been introduced to a new paradigm approach to emotions ... an approach that offers you the ability, in the face of stressful circumstances and challenging emotional responses, to be more creative while working towards the next steps for the fulfilment of your potential.
Become the creator of your life!
Flip Your Emotions: How have you done with your emotional responses having completed this video course? The proof of its effectiveness should be in your ability to respond more resiliently and creatively in the face of challenge and to feel much better in yourself in terms of who you are and how to sustain that in any circumstances.
Pathway to Potential: Have you become more aware throughout this series of who you are and who or what you want to be? The orientation to your potential falls naturally into place once you've moved out of the problem perspective and oriented the circumstances more towards potential.
Feeling more energised: Generally people find that once they have a new empowering relationship with their emotions, that the energy / the fuel of those emotions is more available to them to achieve more vitality and well-being.
Finally, let's take a look at the questions from the start of this course and compare your answers now to see how your relationship with emotion has flipped and matured since starting this series:
1. Do you see emotions like anger, fear, or frustration as 'bad' things to have?
2. Do you believe these emotional responses mean you're less mature and perhaps even out of control?
3. Do you try not to have these emotions and/or stuff them down when they arise?
4. Have you ever thought that these emotions might be your friends, your signals for pointers on the pathway to potential?
5. If you look back to emotional responses you've had in the past, can you now, in hindsight, see that they may have offered you a unique opportunity to make a move in your life?
